- What does Research Use Only mean here?
- Research Use Only means these materials are supplied exclusively for legitimate laboratory and analytical work, such as peptide characterization, chromatography method development, and laboratory stability studies, and are not intended for human or animal administration.
- Why do I have to make a declaration before seeing the catalog?
- Listings are restricted to people aged 21 or older who confirm the materials are for laboratory research use. Your date of birth is checked once and never stored; only the outcome and your acknowledgement are recorded.
- Can I buy right now?
- Not yet. No item has been released for purchase and no prices are published. You can create an account and submit order details, but nothing can be charged until an approved payment processor is connected.
- How do you handle payment details?
- No card details are collected anywhere on this site. There is no payment processor connected, so no payment can be taken and no card data is stored or transmitted by us.
- Do you publish certificates of analysis?
- We publish the documents we actually hold for a batch. Where nothing is on file, the Testing & Documentation page says so rather than implying a document exists.
- What are shipping costs and delivery times?
- Shipping rules, carriers and delivery estimates have not been finalised, so we do not quote them. Nothing on the site claims a delivery time we cannot support.
- How do refunds work?
- Since no payment can be taken yet, no charge exists to refund. You can still submit a refund request; it is recorded with a reference and reviewed by the owner.
- Will I get a confirmation email?
- Not currently. An email service is not connected, so we never claim to have emailed you. Keep the reference shown on screen, and email admin@mantodealabs.com if you have a question.
