1. Who we are

This website is operated by Mantodea Labs LLC, trading as Mantodea Labs. We have not yet published a registered business address or telephone number; you can reach us at admin@mantodealabs.com or through the contact form.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to view product listings, and you must accept the Research Use Policy before ordering.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account where a stated research purpose is inconsistent with our policies.

4. Listings, prices and availability

No item is currently released for purchase and no prices are published. Where prices appear in future, they may change, and listing an item does not guarantee availability. We may correct errors in a listing at any time.

5. Orders and payment

Submitting order details does not create a binding contract of sale until we accept the order. No approved payment processor is connected, so no payment can be taken and no card details are collected anywhere on this site.

6. Shipping

Shipping rules, carriers, costs and delivery times have not been finalised. We do not promise a delivery date. See Shipping & Returns.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to bypass access controls, or use materials in any way prohibited by the Research Use Policy.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantodea Labs LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of materials outside their permitted research use, or from reliance on information we have explicitly marked as not yet available.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version applying to an order is recorded with that order.
