Shipping

Shipping carriers, service levels, costs and delivery estimates have not been finalised, so Mantodea Labs LLC does not quote them and does not promise a delivery date. Checkout shows shipping as not configured rather than displaying a placeholder rate.

Returns

Research materials are sensitive to handling and storage. Once a returns process is in place it will be published here in full. Until then, do not send anything back to us — contact us first and we will record your request.

Refunds

No approved payment processor is connected, so no payment can be taken and there is normally no charge to refund. If you believe you are owed a refund, submit a refund request. Requests are recorded with a reference, reviewed by the store owner, and their status is updated as the review progresses.

Cancellations

Because orders are recorded but not charged, you can ask us to cancel an order at any time before it is fulfilled by emailing admin@mantodealabs.com or through the contact form, quoting your order reference.

Damaged or incorrect items

Once shipping begins, report any damaged or incorrect item to admin@mantodealabs.com or through the contact form with your order reference and we will record and review it.
