What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, research context and stated research use.
• Order details: items, addresses, your stated research purpose and the policy versions you accepted.
• Support messages: your name, email, and the content of your message.
• Catalog verification: whether you confirmed being 21 or older, your selected research context, the acknowledgement expiry, and the policy version. This is stored on your device.

What we deliberately do not store

• Your date of birth. It is not requested for catalog access.
• Card or payment details. No payment processor is connected and no card data is collected anywhere on this site.

How we use it

To provide accounts and order records, to check research-use eligibility, to answer support and refund requests, and to keep records of the declarations attached to an order.

Retention

Catalog verification expires after 30 days. Account, order and support records are kept while your account exists and for as long as we need them for legal and record-keeping purposes.

Sharing

We use hosting and database providers to run this site. We do not sell personal information. Where shipping is introduced, carrier details will be shared only as needed to deliver an order.

Your choices

You can update your profile details in your account, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing admin@mantodealabs.com or through the contact form. Requests are handled by Mantodea Labs LLC.

Cookies

We use necessary browser storage to remember catalog verification for 30 days and to maintain signed-in account sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
