What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, research context and organization.
• Order details: items, addresses, your stated research purpose and the policy versions you accepted.
• Support messages: your name, email, and the content of your message.
• Access declaration: whether you confirmed being 21 or older, your selected research context, and the policy version.

What we deliberately do not store

• Your date of birth. It is checked once for eligibility and then discarded.
• Card or payment details. No payment processor is connected and no card data is collected anywhere on this site.

How we use it

To provide accounts and order records, to check research-use eligibility, to answer support and refund requests, and to keep records of the declarations attached to an order.

Retention

Access declarations expire after 30 days. Account, order and support records are kept while your account exists and for as long as we need them for legal and record-keeping purposes.

Sharing

We use hosting and database providers to run this site. We do not sell personal information. Where shipping is introduced, carrier details will be shared only as needed to deliver an order.

Your choices

You can update your profile details in your account, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing admin@mantodealabs.com or through the contact form. Requests are handled by Mantodea Labs LLC.

Cookies

We set a strictly necessary cookie to remember your research-access declaration for 30 days, and a session cookie for signed-in accounts. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
